January 2023. IREX will partner with the Red de Impacto LATAM to provide YLAI Exchange Alumni access to the regional impact ecosystem, exposure to new knowledge, potential partnerships and funding opportunities, events, and introductions to more than 150 impact entrepreneurship support organizations that are part of the Red de Impacto LATAM.

As part of the collaboration, Red de Impacto LATAM is excited to highlight several activities:

  • Red de Impacto network members will lead monthly in-person meet-ups throughout Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean! These networking meet-ups will convene YLAI Alumni, purpose-oriented entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial support organizations, and other actors interested in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of each country.
  • Red de Impacto in-person break-out events! Red de Impacto plans to execute two events in parallel with major member-led events of the entrepreneurial sector in Latin America:  CLIIQ in Ecuador and FLII in Mexico.
  • Red de Impacto virtual sessions! These events will combine educational content with networking and explore important entrepreneurial topics such as fundraising, partnership development, founder well-being, and team management.

The engagement between the YLAI alumni and Red de Impacto LATAM communities represents a great opportunity to create new connections and alliances within the LATAM and Caribbean entrepreneurial landscape to further the region’s socioeconomic development and environmental regeneration. These activities will launch in the coming months and IREX and Red de Impacto will publicize opportunities for involvement and participation to the community.
